Effect
When someone targets your head in a melee attack, you lean away like bamboo in the wind and then snap back with tremendous power to deliver damage. Roll Lightness Arts against the attack roll. On a success, you do normal damage, but can add any extra Wounds the attacker would have delivered with their attack.
